founder and
general manager of Villa Plenitud, I am pleased to welcome you to our

I came to Costa Rica from my Canadian birthplace to embark on
the development
of what is now
the only recovery retreat certified as a medical facility in Costa
Rica. Since our inauguration in 1996, we have welcomed and
cared
for hundreds of patients who have put their trust in our
services.
I take pride in our dedication to providing the highest level of
attention to our guests, and to the constant review of our facilities
in order to bring you the most current and up to date accommodation,

and
amenities that you deserve.
My in-house staff and I work in this multi-tasking environment to
assure you are completely at ease and comfortable no matter what your
needs are, or what time of day it is. Whether you plan to
visit
with a partner, friend, spouse, or on your own....our Group's pledge is

The Location
Life itself has found refuge in Costa
Rica. This is why we
have
built
our retreat in this unique tropical destination.
Our
private facility
is found on a high plateau at the edge of the Rio Virilla Canyon. The
views are spectacular, and the climate is the finest in the
country
... warm, comfortable days and fresh, cool nights.
We are located 20 km west of the capital city of San José
and
only a short drive from the Centre for International Medicine
“CIMA”
hospital and the international airport.
The central Pacific and Caribbean Ocean beaches are within easy day
trip drives from our facility. Breathtaking Volcanos, Rain
Forests and
Water Falls are among the many other sights to visit, each within an
hours drive.

The Amenities
 Our
recovery facility is comprised of 10 luxury air conditioned rooms, all
equipped with private bathrooms, cable
television, and telephone.
Note: many of our rooms are also equipped with refrigerators and coffee
makers. We offer absolute attention to
privacy, massage services, aroma and physiotherapy,
facials and body treatments, outdoor pool and a hot Jacuzzi
with
hydro-massage.
Broadband
wireless
and
dial-up Internet access is also available, as well as low
cost international dialing from your room.
Nutricious,
North
American style meals in our dining room, beverages, professional post
operative care, airport and hospital transfers are included in our
services.
We also provide room service for early recovery patients.
